Has my internet and telephone provider broken contract?
Your service provider has not broken the contract. There will be fine print somewhere asking you to disclose all relevant information. All legal contracts are made on the basis of information provided. If information is false or there has been a non disclosure that would have influenced the other party had it been made known at the time of agreement, then they can rescind the contract. It appears that you failed to give them this information.
