If the officers did not execute a traffic stop, then a ticket was not issued. You don’t have to worry about this one. If you were caught on radar and the officers wanted to write a ticket, they would have executed a traffic stop. If they were taking radar, they were probably looking for people going faster than you were. They might have been nice and given you a “get out of jail free” card. :o) With that said, many towns are installing “Red Light Cameras” to catch people running red lights. Those cameras will issue a non-moving citation to the registered owner of the vehicle that will be sent in the mail. Intersections with those cameras are usually marked with signs that say something like “Red Light Photo Enforced”.
