Yes, a pledged gift of $1 million from the Feinstein Foundation to build the first phase as well as several naming rights and corporate partnerships. A long term agreement with the Town of North Attleboro, Massachusetts will provide 15 acres of land. Major League Baseball and the Boston Red Sox have granted the rights to the name, image and likeness of Fenway Park in connection with the mini Fenway Park Project and the Fenway Park Massachusetts Special License Plate.
