Has microsoft fixed the problem with the Xbox 360s?

Nope, Microsoft hasn’t fixed the hardware issues with the Xbox 360. Basically if you have a 360, you’ll just have to live with the fact that you will most likely have to send in the console for repairs. Microsoft may fix the 360 for free while it’s under warranty, but after the 360’s warranty runs out, you’ll be spending $100+ dollars to get it fixed and there have been people that have sent their 360’s in for repairs more than 4 and 5 times. Edit: When you send the 360 for repairs, Microsoft really only does a “patch-up job” because even after 360’s have been repaired, they can still get the Red Ring of Death just as easily as a brand new console. If Microsoft wanted to get rid of the Red Ring of Death on the 360 for good, they would probably have to redesign the whole console and re-release the Xbox 360.
