Has Manitoba Hydro explored the opportunities in Ontario for providing power?
Mr. Brennan: One of the problems Manitoba Hydro has, and it is not a very serious problem, but it certainly is an issue, is that we committed ourselves to selling Ontario Hydro 200 megawatts of power at a relatively high load factor starting in the fall of ’98 for five years. That takes up a great deal of our transmission capability into northwestern Ontario, but we do see opportunities there. We are looking at seeing what we can do to increase our transmission export capability, and we are talking to some of the municipalities, as a group, within northwestern Ontario. That is a very, very changing market, but it clearly is an opportunity for Manitoba Hydro, and we are going to have to sit back and make sure we plan for the year 2000, if not before, so we can take advantage of those opportunities.
