Has jetPEI™ been already tested for transfection into plant cells?

0

jetPEI™ has been tested for the transfection of plant cells. Plant cells have a cellulose rich-membrane that prevents jetPEI™/DNA complexes entering the cells. Even at the protoplasts stage where the cellulose envelope has been removed, complexes were not able to penetrate into the cytoplasm.
