Has it always been called Geocaching?
Though Geocaching is now the most common term used to identify the sport, it was originally referred to as a GPS Stash Hunt. The game has taken on many forms and you may also sometimes hear it referred to by other names such as Navicaching, GeoStashing and Terracaching as well as some others. There are also various other forms of the sport that have emerged, such as Geodashing.
