WYDEN: No. The resolution calls for complete disarmament, and they have not completely disarmed. I think it’s clear that they have VX nerve gas, anthrax and certainly a significant missile capability. SMITH: Saddam Hussein has not only violated U.N. resolution 1441, but also 15 other Security Council resolutions in less than 12 years. He has exploited the goodwill of the international community.
