GRTA has completed an analysis of the impacts on minority and low income populations as required by Federal Transit Administration’s circular 4702.1A – Title VI and Title VI-Dependent Guidelines for Federal Transit Administration Recipients, dated May 13, 2007. This analysis demonstrates that there is not a disproportionately high and adverse effect for minority and low-income riders resulting from the proposed fare policy change.
