Has Grossmont always had a team?
Grossmont College has had a team for over 40 years. In 2004-2005, The Grossmont/Cuyamaca District team was awarded the D.L. Miller Award for accumulating the most points over a 30 year period. The second place winner was UCLA. In 2004, Grossmonts Parliamentary Debate team took a bronze team award at Phi Rh Pi. In 2000, Grossmonts team took first place in the nation at Novice Nationals, competing primarily against four year Universities.
