No. Should Greenwich be successful in its bid for a regional casino, there will then need to be application for a licence. A full licensing process, including community consultation would follow this. The Council will invite applications. If more than one licence application is received then a competition will be held to determine which company should operate it. Any license will take appropriate account of community views and will include pertinent conditions.
