I dont believe that Rudd saying sorry has ANYTHING to do with a decrease in crime levels in indigenous communities. If anything, things have gotten worse, following Howard’s NT Energency Response, also referred to as the NT Intervention – the worst thing this government has done! Bandaid solutions are NEVER going to solve serious social issues- such as domestic violence and crime.
