Construction managers and architects have been hired for all the Phase I and Phase II projects (see below – projects listed in no particular order). All of the Phase I projects are under design. Under the current timetable, construction on the first projects should begin in Spring 2004. The Eau Claire and Lower Richland auditoriums likely will be the first projects bid.
