Has anyone used york bodytone whey protein supplement?
I did a bit of research on this product and I’m convinced you shouldn’t use it. Here’s why: First of all, reputable supplement companies have the complete nutritional information of their products available online for easy access. I could find no such information for york bodytone. You have no idea how many calories, grams of fat and grams of sugar this product contains, and neither do I. Furthermore, the product has multiple spelling errors under the “Details” tab on Argos. What kind of corporation would allow its product to be sold with spelling errors a 12 year old could correct? The product claims that it is for “muscle tone and definition rather then bulk,” a meaningless statement since protein is utilized to build muscle no matter what, while definition involves having low levels of body fat. I’m not done yet baby! I don’t know the particulars of supplement pricing in the U.K., but here in the U.S. I can acquire over twice as many grams of quality whey protein powder for the same
