Has anyone used the Tony Little Gazelle workout machine?
It only works if you actually use it. If you get on it – and keep moving vigorously for 30 minutes – you will get a good aerobic workout. If you get on it three or four minutes at a time – it won’t do much. At least 30 minutes – CONTINUOUSLY – to get good aerobic, fat-burning conditioning. If you are not yet in good condition – and start getting winded – try slowing down. It is more important to keep moving for a long time, than to do it fast. Speed will come in time as you build up endurance. The more you do – the faster you will be able to move – and the longer you can do it. Going faster burns fat faster – going longer burns more fat. But you have to do it for at least 30 minutes, in any case, otherwise you don’t really get good aerobic fat-burning out of it. My ex-girlfriend had one of those.
