Has anyone used GRM Information Management Services as a replacement to Iron Mountain for data protection services? I’m particularly interested in off-site tape storage and retrieval. (Please NOTE: We are already doing some D2D but need to continue with Tape for the time being for contract purposes and because of the amount of data being protected.) If you have used them or evaluated them, please comment about your experiences.
