I can’t find the site now, but when I was looking at flights for myself I came across reviews for cheaptickets.com. It said they charge you gigantic amounts of fees for various things not mentioned on the website, and take money out of your account without telling you about it. Changing the prices once you have made your reservation and asking you to pay more. It was all negative feedback.
