Has anyone tryed acai berry diet pills?
Acai contains several substances called anthocyanins and flavonoids. Those are powerful antioxidants that help defend the body against aging and disease. There are still ongoing studies on the effects of acai berry and weight loss, but it is suggested that you have a diet high in antioxidants. Acai berry is known to suppress fat accumulation and helps suppress your appetite. Of course, it’s important to exercise since there is no “magic pill” that magically melts fat. I take a supplement called BeeLean that contains a great mix of hoodia, acai berry, bee pollen, royal jelly and other herbal additives. I have a desk job and I admit I don’t exercise near as much as I should. So while I’m not losing a lot of weight, I’m not gaining either, and I have a lot of energy for some pretty long days here at work. So I think acai is legit – it works well for me!
