Has anyone tried using TELEPINAS unlimited calls to Philippines? ?
I was using it for the past couple days as a trial just because my contact in the philippines could not initiate a call from the local sun number they provided. Until they figure out what’s wrong, they didn’t start my 24 hours trial period. They put customer quality care first, made sure that what they advertise is exactly what you will be experiencing during your trial and of course, during your service times. Call quality is good, no delays, a little bit of echo though but you could call CS so they could adjust the volume to give you that exceptional voice quality. With regards to sun cellular’s side, if your contact is a prepaid subscriber then expect your calls to be disconnected every 20 minutes or so. i had mine for 25mins as the longest due to the fact that sun cellular give priority to postpaid subscribers. Don’t worry, you could call back again without any problem and continue your conversation.
