Has anyone tried co-enzyme q10 for weightloss, does it work??

I have been taking a combination of CLA/GLA (extracted from saffron plants, not animal sources) and Q10 for 3 years. I started noticing a difference in my energy levels, stamina, ability to concentrate and even libido as soon as the third day. It’s been easier to keep my lean muscle mass, but i don’t think anything would work to aid weight loss unless you practice portion control and exercise. A coenzyme helps an enzyme do its job. An enzyme is a protein that speeds up the rate at which natural chemical reactions take place in cells of the body. The body’s cells use coenzyme Q10 to make energy needed for the cells to grow and stay healthy. The body also uses coenzyme Q10 as an antioxidant. An antioxidant is a substance that protects cells from chemicals called free radicals. It is not a thermogenic agent and it will not promote weight loss on its own, but feeling more focused and energized will help in keeping up with a training and diet program.
