Has anyone successfully beaten a traffic ticket for making an illegal turn? I live in Fulton County GA.?
I can beat any ticket in Ga, I happen to be in Gwinnett. Bet you didnt know that in 1973, the State Court of Appeals ruled that the proceedure for handling a traffic ticket Must be handled thru the Dept of Public Safety, so as to NOT put a Burden on the court system. After 30 days from the date of the ticket if no action was taken by the DPS, the State forfeits all rights to pursue the matter further. So if you show up for court on the date of the ticket, Judge has no choice but to Dismiss the ticket. The trick is learning how to make the judge do it.
