Has anyone sat a HNC in Visual Communication or Interactive Media Design?

I want to go to college after my final year of school, and my local college offers a HNC in Visual Communication and a HNC in Interactive Media Design. I was wondering had anyone sat either of these courses because i’d like to know what exactly each course involves before i make a choice on which one to do. I’ve looked in the college prospectus but it only gives very basic information and i really don’t want to start a course that i end up having to swap to another one. So if anyone has any information on either course it would be a lot of help, thanks.
