Has anyone read – Know, Can, Do by Ken Blanchard and Paul J. Meyer?

I recently read “Know, Can, Do” by Ken Blanchard and Paul J. Meyer and they did a great job of outlining how to make “training and development” last. Without going into too much detail, Ken, in his typical story telling manner, discusses with Paul J. Meyer the keys to turning knowledge into action. I would like other people’s thoughts on this book as I am very biased toward what is outlined. My company was founded by Paul J. Meyer and incorporates and embraces what Ken lays out in the book. If you are involved in Training and Development and struggle with making it stick, read the book and let me know your thoughts.
