Your jeep apparently had the full time 4WD system in it in order for your loss to occur. Putting a different size tire on a vehicle that is either all wheel drive or full time 4WD an overheating condition would arise. Your vehicle caught on fire because you installed a different size tire on either axle (doesn’t matter which) and on a full time 4WD system it throws the 4WD system into some what of a frenzy trying to figure out what axle and what wheel to provide power to, and after doing that a while the differentials, and transfer case will overheat. Right after I purchased my Jeep I noticed it had a temporary spare tire. I have never used one before and quickly went on a search for a full size wheel and tire, and $85 later I had one at a local Good Year tire center. About 3 months later I received the recall notice in the mail about the tire issue. I’m sorry for your vehicle loss. It seems to me like Chrysler keeps getting more and more lax every year in their safety and design ideas
