I’d say to keep internet shopping as a last resort as you will never really know what you’re getting until you have already paid for the dress. Since she has awhile till her wedding, shop around with her and tell her to keep an open mind. If she truly exhausts all other options and the dress online is still the dress of her dreams, then buy it. I didn’t find any complaints about romanticgowns.com from a google search (usually you can find complaints through a search like that if the company is bad) so they seem reputable, it’s just that I would be unsure about buying a dress without trying it on first.
