Has anyone had Telogen Effluvium hair loss?

Telogen effluvium hair loss can affect hair on all parts of the body, but, generally, only loss of scalp hair is symptomatic.

I think that hair goes into the telogen effluvium phase because of stress, medication and or hormones. It should come back within 6 months. One thing that might help is to take vitamins and some biotin. Also you can give your scalp a hot oil massage using coconut oil. That should promote hair growth. And the hair will be strong and thick. I hope this helps. Good luck and don’t worry it will be ok. =) Take care.
