I used water mixed with cranberry juice to help keep my blood sugar level and that helps reduce some withdrawal symptoms, also drinking milk at night helps to sleep a little better. I read milk and a carbohydrate like cookies is good to help sleep. You will be normal again, and free of cravings and withdrawal. Been there and done that. It will be so great for you when the withdrawal lessens, so hang in there as you are almost free. I did a lot of walking to deal with my withdrawal and it seemed to help a lot.
