Has anyone had bacterial vaginosis in 1st trimester and NOT miscarried?

Hi! I just had an incident with Bacterial Vaginosis. I’m still angry about it! At 22 weeks I told the Nurse Practitioner (I usually saw her – and the doctor occasionally) that I was having weird discharge – she acted she didn’t even want to look! All she said is discharge is normal. Two months later I decided to switch doctors. My new doctor gave me a visual exam and told me that I had Bacterial Vaginosis and he gave me some antibiotics. I just finished my antibiotics yesterday and I’m 30 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I also wrote my old doctor an email letting him know what happened and telling him that I’m really upset that I walked around with Bacterial Vaginosis for two months – until I switched doctors! I never knew what Bacterial Vaginosis was until I was diagnosed with it recently. To know that it can cause miscarriage makes me really mad! I’m glad that everything happened in the second trimester! Whatever – I’m still pregnant and I just had another ultrasound and they said my baby
