Has anyone had a positive experience with outsourcing administrative assistants to countries like India?
I’m sure there are success stories, and the cost benefits are there. However, I have also some significant client backlash against outsourcing. There have been companies that oursourced help desk, etc functions and had significant customer complaints. Also, if your company does business with state/local government, or any union operations, they won’t be happy that you are outsourcing.
