Has anyone had a one day period… while tring to concieve?
I just came off the Pill about a month ago as well. It’s normal to have strange periods and a lot of “pregnancy symptoms” within 3 months of coming off the Pill. Believe me, I’ve thought I was pregnant every day this month and I’ve taken 3 home tests and one blood test. All negative. Your co-worker is right. Typically (except for someone who’s recently come off the Pill) when a woman gets pregnant, she may have a day of “implantation bleeding” which many women mistake for a short period. However, when you come off the Pill, your hormones are haywire and your body has to adjust to not having those extra hormones every day– so it kind of goes into overproduction of hormones. Some of the symptoms I’ve personally had are nausea, diarrhea, headaches, cramping, a “missed” period, moodiness, a heightened sensitivity to smell, and tender breasts.
