Has anyone had a nasal septoplasty and inferrior turbinate resection?
Your initial recovery will take at least a week. You had a septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction. Once the splints are removed, you will feel much better and will be able to taste and smell once again. Another week after that, you’ll be just fine. Be sure to use your Ocean spray. As long as you take the pain med prescribed, pain shouldn’t be an issue.
