Has anyone got completed Chapter House Assignments?

I have just got my two major assignments back from the Chapter House Proofreading and Editorial Skills Course and I didn’t pass. But, unlike on my practice assignments, they didn’t write on the assignments to say where I’d gone wrong. I wondered if someone out there had passed or had their assignments written on and, if so, if they could email me a scanned in copy so that I can work out what I missed. Thanks.
