Has anyone got any of getting rid of ab headache?
If it is just a normal headache and you don’t get them all the time, take 2 paracetamol, drink lots of water and go to bed early tonight – will be gone by tomorrow. If it is accompanied by any migraine symptoms such as inability to speak properly or remember things, flashing lights, feeling sick, numbness of arms or legs then you need to take some Migraleve Pink, then a Migraleve Orange if it persists turn the lights off and go to bed. If you have been getting headaches frequently then firstly have your eyes tested as headaches can mean you need glasses. Failing that make sure your gas fire or boiler is not leaking into your house, eat properly, excercise well and lose any excess weight. If symptoms persist, consult your GP who will refer you for a brain scan.
