Has anyone got any experience in a family court system?
I am a father and get frustrated at the trouble people have to gain access to their children. I went to court and had visitation rights but they are not worth the paper they are written on if the mother doesn’t co-operate. The courts will very rarely give joint access or full access to Fathers unless you want to dig up dirt on them. Generally it is a very messy heart rendering very expensive turmoil. My advice comes from past own experiences and many other Fathers I know who have gone through similar breakups. I am still having access problems to see my boy luckily he is of an age now where he has a mind of his own and wants to spend more time with me I have gone through years of anguish and frustration at the way society protect the Mum, who can manipulate your children to the detriment of your relationship. I have over the years learnt to bite my lip and stay true to my boy and whenever he is with me I make sure I have quality time together. I have remarried and have two more childre
