Has anyone got a yorkie that I can offer a home to, I live in Sussex, England?
I have answered this sort of question a couple of times before, the reason being that I was once in the position of offering a loving home to a male Yorkie. Nearly 8yrs ago, one of my beautiful Yorkies passed away at the age of 16+. His companion was devastated, as was my Siamese cat, so I put a free ad in ‘Loot’. I worded the ad to the effect that I was offering a wonderful and loving home to a male Yorkie (over 4mths old) as a companion for myself plus 2 ‘bereaved’ pets! I remember the ad went in on Friday, appeared in print on the Saturday and, come Sunday midday, I got a call. At 6pm on June 18, ‘Teddy’ walked into my life … and the rest is history! I was extremely lucky; it was meant to happen! … And then Lenny, my next Yorkie, came to me via the same person from Loot! OK, I was really very fortunate but I will always recommend putting an ad in the ‘Pets Wanted’ section. Best of luck!
