Has anyone got a recipe for a chicken, sausage and bacon pie?
Not sure if this is what you are looking for but this one is so good. 1lb Pork sausage meat 2 skinless Chicken breasts – diced 12oz Smoked Bacon – diced 1 Onion diced 1/2 teas dried Sage Black Pepper Line a pie dish with shortcrust pastry and keep some pastry back for lid. Fry bacon and onion together for approx 5 mins and drain off any liquid. Place diced chicken, sausage meat, bacon and onion in a bowl and combintogetherer with your hands season with pepper and add sage and press mixture into the pastry, moisten edges of pastry with egg wash and cover with lid.
