Has anyone good or bad experience with book printing on demand solutions offered on the Internet?
By this I mean: you write a book and upload it in PDF-format (or similar) to their server, the book is put for sale on their website and when someone purchases it, they handle the payment, the digital copy is printed, assembled in book format and mailed. I already got good feedback regarding unibook.com, but I assume there must be several other providers.
