Has anyone found relief from shoulder bursitis and or tendinitis ?
You have some tight muscles in your shoulder and they are pulling on your shoulder making it painful. Nobody is going after that problem though, are they? They want to to strengthen your painful areas and it only makes your pain worse. Been there and done that and am done with p.t., chiro’s and even acupuncture, none of them did the work that muscle releasing did for me for getting rid of pain. No other way to go.Try this for some relief; Place your left hand over your right shoulder and push into the muscle and hold. Relax the rest of your body. After 30 seconds, longer if needed, slowly lower your head as far to the left as possible, release the pressure on the muscle but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds. Do the top of the muscle and back of it the same way. Go over your back and down onto the shoulder blade area also. After a few times you should be able to determine where the tight muscles are and go after them doing this release.
