Has anyone experienced pain in their groin/leg area when pregnant?

Unfortunately they’re completely common in pregnancy, and they’re normal. I know how painful that kind of pain can be. You stand it hurts, sit down, it hurts, walk too far it hurts, walk too little it hurts! Aside from heartburn it has been my least favourite part of pregnancy, and I worried so much when I first experienced it. I found sleeping with a pillow right between the top of my thighs helped ease the pain, as well as lying on my left side. They say it can also be to your hips spreading in preparation for birth as well as baby having their head resting on a sciatic nerve, or placing their whole weight in one area. Someone told me to try jiggling baby over into a different position but that didn’t seem to help really. At the moment, she has moved, but I am sure she’ll go back as she seems to favour my right side.
