malta is a lovely place people are so friendly they sapeak english to,me and my hubby went to the fortina hotel a few years back and it was beautiful,food was lovely,you were spoilt for choice.we found the ques not to be that bad,and if food has gone they bring more out so i wouldnt worry about getting none if you go hope you enjoy it.
