Has anyone ever used ARROWROOT powder as a makeup primer?
Actually this makes perfect sense. I don’t know if you remember a powder called cornsilk powder. But it was cornstarch based. Also natural cosmetic companies use it to make loose powder all the time in addition to a substitute for talc powder since it can cause breathing problems. It is very light and absorbant.
