There are no direct flights from Amsterdam to Lübeck. So you can either fly to Hamburg and take the bus/train to Lübeck or find some flight from Amsterdam to Lübeck with change of planes somewhere else. Both wouldn’t make much sense, as you could go from Amsterdam to Lübeck by train in about 6 hrs, which would be faster and probably cheaper than the other two options.
