Has anyone ever had a Colposcopy in pregnancy.?
Early on in pregnancy I was told I had abnormal cells. They were scheduling me for a colposcopy. When I came in for the exam, they told me they werent going to do it because the cells usually change back after pregnancy- so I am going to have another PAP at my 6 week checkup after delivery. The discharge could be from the scraping of your walls for the cells… but it really sounds like you should get it checked out sooner than later. Having HPV (I do) and the abnormal cells makes me feel… well, kindof gross and sad. However, I am hopeful the abnormal cells will heal themselves (they usually do) and it will go away.
