Has anyone ever gone to Marine Bootcamp at Parris Island?
I never took training at Parris Island, but can tell you that “Military Drill Sergeants” do not know the work “SYMPATHY” or ‘PITY’ and they could care less how bad you feel. They have been through the same training and worse. Homesickness stays with you regardless of whether you spend 4 or 40 years in the military service.
