Has anyone enrolled or considered the lightning process for M.E/CFS?
I had ME for 7 years and think I must have tried a gazillion different things. My whole life seemed to revolve around my health (or trying to conserve energy). I did the Lightning Process a little over a year ago and never looked back. It was so quick. By the end I was feeling great. It took a couple of weeks for it to sink in that I was fine. I had heard bout it ages ago but ignored it as I assumed it was a scam but it was actually my doctor that mentioned it. He said he couldn’t recommend it (as they are still doing trials or something) but he did have another patient recover using it so said I should look into it myself. I am so glad I didn’t listen to the negative stuff (always from people who haven’t done it). It does take work though. And I can see why not everyone could do it. One thing I wasn’t prepared for was people’s negative reactions to me getting well so quickly.
