Has anyone else lost a pet through illness and been ripped off by Pet Plan?
i haven’t had an animal die but we have been ripped of by pet plan! my cat misty was attacked by a dog, punctured her lung etc, she had numerous trips to the vet for the same issues but pet plan were trying to make us pay the excess every time when it was for the injuries from her attack we even got the vet to write to them and explain but they wouldn’t my mum phoned them alot but they didn’t care and didn’t want to help! so we have switched insurers and are now with M and S we haven’t needed to claim from them but apparently they are very good!
