Has anyone done the tuna and water diet?
I agree with cheryl r, combine it with chicken fresh fruit and vegetables. Also eat some cereal. You need a balanced diet and also need to eat a very small amount of dairy food for calcium and red meat – preferably beef for iron each week – all women need to do this. We lose iron and calcium when we menstruate.
