I came off sertraline and saw no side effects so it really depends on how you react, if you come off gradually and keep in contact with your GP you shouldn’t see any unwanted side effects and they should leave in a couple of weeks if you experience any. Dizziness, tired, nausea and general down feelings are the most common in withdrawal of ssri.
