Has anyone bought a property on providence, orlando, florida?
My friend, who is currently living Florida, has been e-mailing me about Providence. She says she really likes the houses and the development. The only thing I would think about very carefully is that the housing market in Florida has taken a massive dive at the moment. If you look on the Orlando Sentinel site you can read about all the problems that developers are having at the moment. They are ALL offering huge incentives for anyone buying a property. They have had a terrible year, mainly because of the hurricanes causing alot of Brits not to go over, and have caught up with all their outstanding building. You can now get a house built immediately instead of in a years time. Be very careful. Why do you want to buy a house over there? A lot of my friends bought with the promise of renting. They have been caught out big time. They can only rent their houses out for 13 weeks of the year (when the Brits are on school holidays) and the rest of the time their houses are sitting empty. They
