Has anyone bought a digital TV receiver box to work with and analog TV?
I have had one in the past, and it worked fine. If you’re concerned about the upcoming switch to digital signals, then you should find out for sure if you need one before making any purchases. According to the US government, less than one percent of households will require the box. Sources: my experience.
